While on the secured cloud storage, please select download the photo. The photo will be downloaded instantly.
Do not delete your photo at this time, as it cannot be restored, a new passport photo will have to be created.

Your photo is downloaded automatically. If the photo is not downloaded automatically, you can click on the link to download it manually.

Verify that your photo has downloaded. You now have your photo on file in the location it has been saved.
After downloading your photo, you have the option to keep it online in the secured cloud storage, for the time of 1 month, or delete the photo manually.
