How long I retain your data

Henrico Photo and Passport Photo RVA retain your data submitted by contact form until your inquiry is completed. When you do not become a client your personal data/information is permanently deleted. When you do become a client in the studio, your personal data/information is permanently saved in a local secured location at the studio and not accessible or be able to be seen by anyone else. This is for administrative purpose and communication on a provider/client relationship for current and future photography needs.

GDPR Compliance in the studio

Henrico Photo and Passport Photo RVA utilize ID Photos Pro passport photo software with functions supporting GDPR compliance, including dedicated GDPR Assistant. Assistant regularly controls and recommends optimal software security settings.

ID Photos Pro is a locally installed software. It does not automatically send photos and process images for the purpose of identifying a natural person. Furthermore, it does not record the so-called biometric points. Using ID Photos Pro is secure and does not require obtaining customer’s consent to use it to process his/her/their photos. With settings recommended by the GDPR Assistant, it is fully compliant with the provisions of the Regulation.


Note: GDPR, the European union’s General Data Protection Regulation, is to protect the privacy of European citizens and is mandatory for all business that are dealing with European citizens, even if the business is located outside the European Union, like in the USA.
